We are currently seeking Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re just starting in IT (Level 1) or have deeper experience and expertise (Level 2), this role offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging projects while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.
In addition to your technical skills, fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Our diverse client base requires strong communication across both languages to ensure effective support and client satisfaction.
You will also need to have reliable transportation for occasional client visits. While these visits will not be daily, mileage will be compensated for all work-related travel.

As a Level 1 IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with basic technical issues, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
