We are currently seeking Level 1 and Level 2 IT Support Specialists to join our dynamic team. Whether you’re just starting in IT (Level 1) or have deeper experience and expertise (Level 2), this role offers the chance to work on a variety of challenging projects while supporting our mission of delivering exceptional customer service.

In addition to your technical skills, fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Our diverse client base requires strong communication across both languages to ensure effective support and client satisfaction.

You will also need to have reliable transportation for occasional client visits. While these visits will not be daily, mileage will be compensated for all work-related travel.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responding to client queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
  2. Troubleshooting and resolving basic hardware and software issues.
  3. Assisting in the setup and configuration of workstations and peripheral devices.
  4. Documenting client issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  5. Escalating more complex problems to Level 2 or higher support teams.

Qualifications

  1. 1+ years of experience in IT support or related field (or relevant certifications).
  2. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to learn.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Knowledge of basic Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
  6. Reliable transportation for client visits (mileage compensated).
  7. A passion for technology and helping others.

Level 1 IT Support Specialist

As a Level 1 IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting with basic technical issues, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  5. Ensuring client satisfaction through consistent follow-up and resolution of issues.

Qualifications

  1. 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or networking.
  2. Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  3. Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
  4. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Office 365, AWS, or Azure).
  5. Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
  6. Reliable transportation for client visits (mileage compensated).
  7. A team player with a proactive mindset.

Level 2 IT Support Specialist

As a Level 2 IT Support Specialist, you will tackle more complex technical issues, providing advanced troubleshooting and mentoring Level 1 staff. We are looking for individuals who are skilled, resourceful, and eager to take ownership of technical challenges.
